At Fit Foxes, we embrace the environment. We forgo electricity and enjoy the daylight by holding our sessions in San Francisco’s parks and on her streets. We try our hardest to prevent contribution to landfills by encouraging plastic water bottle alternatives, recycling our paper goods, communicating via E-mail, and re-using furniture in our home office. We try to make getting to sessions without a car easier by offering locations around the city and enjoy getting there by foot or public transportation.

We also embrace femininity. Our work-outs are created by a woman for a woman. It’s not a feminist thing; it’s just a ‘woman knows best’ type of thing. We at Fit Foxes understand the reasons behind a woman’s fitness goals, know our body’s problem areas, and realize that sometimes gym time cuts into family and friend time, which is why we offer bring-your-baby opportunities and bridal boot camps. If you’re a mom, E-mail ahead of time to let us know when you want to bring your baby to a session. If you’re a bride-to-be, gather up your brides maids, and prepare for the big day together!

Sounds like fun, right? It will be, but we‘re sorry, you’re still going to have to sweat. However, we don‘t want you to kill yourself. While we know that pushing oneself does produce results, we don’t see any sense in pushing so hard that you don’t ever want to do it again. A program will be designed especially for you so that you can reach your goals, whatever they may be.

What else? Well, we’re trying to be affordable. With small outdoor group sessions, we can help you feel slimmer while keeping your wallet thick. If you can’t attend a 1-on-1 session, shoot us an E-mail ahead of time, and you’ll earn a make-up day. Just try not to leave the trainer hanging out in the rain waiting for you; she might not like that very much. Oh yeah, that’s another thing. Rain. In a perfect world, it would never rain when we didn’t want it to, but it does, and we will make the best of it together. A hot shower and hot drink will never feel more rewarding.

A. Unlimited Access Boot Camp | $80 per week

Includes:
     - Unlimited boot camp sessions per week - Mix and match locations and times
     - E-mail attention - Have questions, need advice?
     - 1/2 hour meeting at the end of each month to go over progress, take measurements, touch base with goals, advance fitness plan accordingly.


B. Unlimited Access Bridal Boot Camp | $80 per week

Includes:
     - Unlimited boot camp sessions per week - Mix and match locations and times
     - E-mail attention - Have questions, need advice?
     - 1/2 hour meeting at the end of each month to go over progress, take measurements, touch base with goals, advance fitness plan accordingly.



C. 1-On-1 Sessions | $50 per hour

Includes:
     - E-mail attention - Have questions, want advice, need to call in sick and reschedule?
     - 1 hour meeting at the end of each month to go over progress, take measurements, touch base with goals, advance fitness plan accordingly.



D. Drop-In (Boot Camps Only) | $25 per session




E. Gift Pass | $100

     - Use anytime
     - Good for 5 boot camp sessions
